One night to sleep and surely valentines 2014 will wake me up again to bring simple joys to my family. Not necessary to indulge in a lavish treats but making sure I will splurge them with my simple message of thoughtful candor of love.
Sure, making a surprise breakfast will do… but something tangible and for keeping. Aha! Our Finance committee is in promoting goods for raising budget. Why not?

I bought 2 sets of this bear heart, with reasons of good intentions.
1. To contribute in growing the committee’s fund - at the end of the day, I did my part in helping them grow the fund, in my own petty ways.
2. My two girls will love it! – they are fans of stuffed toys and if they see it white (the bear), so happy they will keep it!
3. Inexpensive but not cheap – don’t say cheap, it has negative connotations. Just say it with budget friendly terms.
4. Decorations – can be a lovely sight on the table, beside the bed, on the kitchen countertops and elsewhere, where it can add attractions to our place, hehe.
5. Thought that counts – the most important, I always remember them during special days.
Now I will remember what I did this 2014 valentine’s day!
